We do not accept returns or exchanges once the order is confirmed.

No refunds are applicable on customized or made-to-order outfits.

Damaged or Incorrect Product
In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery

Share clear images/videos of the issue

After verification, we may offer a replacement or store credit (at our discretion)

No complaints will be entertained after 24 hours of delivery.
